At Georges Hobeika, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your selection is not to your complete satisfaction, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all Maison security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original Georges Hobeika box and shipping carton, ensuring the authenticity cards and protective covers are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid DHL or FedEx return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup; once inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
